When the coach pulled up outside of Bolton Street, on a sunny Thursday morning in September over 60 members took their seats for a day trip to Waterford.

With a stop in Carlow for morning tea and scones, followed by a tour of the Japanese Gardens for many members it was their first trip out of Dublin for a very long time.

We boarded the bus again and headed to Waterford for some shopping and a ramble through the beautiful streets of a historic town.

We next moved onto a beautiful hotel for dinner and live entertainment, which gave our members an opportunity to do what they love – line dancing!!

Our members serenaded the bus driver on their way back to Dublin with a host of old songs.
A great day with a great group of members.
